ارزیابی پایش مکانی و زمانی خشکسالی حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه بهکمک شاخص سنجش از دورETDI و شاخص زمینی SPI

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">خشکسالی بهدلیل شروع آهسته و تأثیر بلندمدت آن یکی از پیچیدهترین بلایای طبیعی است¬، امروزه استفاده از تکنیک سنجش از دور و تصاویر ماهوارهای بهعنوان یک ابزار مفید برای پایش خشکسالی کشاورزی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در تحقیق حاضر، هدف، ارزیابی پایش مکانی و زمانی خشکسالی کشاورزی در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه با شاخص خشکسالی ETDI که از روی تصاویر ماهواره نوا بر اساس تبخیر و تعرق واقعی حاصل از الگوریتم SEBS، محاسبه و مقایسه آن با شاخص زمینی SPI است. بدین منظور از 248 تصویر سنجندۀ AVHRR و ماهواره NOAA طی دورۀ آماری 2009-1998 و 17 ایستگاه هواشناسی با دوره آماری 30 ساله برای محاسبه شاخصها استفاده شد. بهمنظور تعیین اراضی کشاورزی، تعداد شش هزار نقطه برای کاربریهای مختلف برداشت و تبخیر و تعرق واقعی آنها بهکمک الگوریتم SEBS شد. نتایج نشان داد با شروع دوره خشکسالی در سال 1998 شاخص ETDI، خشکسالی را در ماه می با مقدار 9/4 درصد در وضعیت خشکسالی ضعیف و 90/6 درصد در وضعیت نرمال نشان میدهد. با گذشت زمان، در ماه جون شرایط با مقدار 95 درصد در وضعیت خشکسالی ضعیف و 5 درصد در وضعیت نرمال برای شهر تبریز متفاوتتر میشود و در ماه ژوئیه کل حوضه آبریز، خشکسالی ضعیفی را تجربه میکند. سپس در ماه آگوست 84 درصد حوضه در وضعیت نرمال و 16 درصد در شهر تبریز و ارومیه خشکسالی ضعیف اعلام میشود، همچنین مشخص شد شاخص خشکسالی ETDI بهعلت ترکیب باندهای مرئی و مادون قرمز و ترکیب آن با دادههای زمینی، دارای مفهوم فیزیکی بوده و از قطعیت بالایی برخوردار است و خشکسالی را سریعتر و دقیقتر پیشبینی میکند.</span></div>

Today, the use of remote sensing techniques and satellite imagery has been considered a useful tool for monitoring agricultural drought</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The objective of the present study was to evaluate spatial and temporal monitoring of agricultural drought in the lake Urmia catchment area with the ETDI drought index which is calculated from Nova satellite images based on actual evapotranspiration from the SEBS algorithm and compared with the ground index SPI</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> For this purpose, 248 AVHRR sensor images and NOAA satellites during the statistical period of 1998-2000 and 17 meteorological stations with a statistical period of 30 years were used to calculate the indicators. To determine agricultural lands, six thousand points were marked for different uses and their actual evapotranspiration was calculated using the SEBS algorithm</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The results showed that with the onset of the drought period in 1998, the ETDI index indicated 9.4% in weak drought conditions in May and 90.6% in normal conditions. Over time, in June of 1998, the situation was different with 95% in a weak drought situation and 5% in a normal situation for the city of Tabriz</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In July, the entire catchment area experiences a slight drought</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Then, in August, 84% of the basin is in normal condition and 16% in Tabriz and Urmia are declared weak drought</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> It was also founded that the ETDI drought index due to the combination of visible and infrared bands and its combination with terrestrial data has a physical meaning and has high certainty and predicts drought faster and more accurately</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span> <span dir="RTL"></span></div>
