fa بررسی اثر رژیم‌های مختلف آب آبیاری بر توسعه ریشه و بهره‌وری مصرف آب گیاه فلفل سبز Investigation the Effect of Different Irrigation Regimes on Root Development and Water Use Efficiency on Green Pepper عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">عملکرد گیاه، تابعی از توزیع ریشه و فعالیت آن است. در شرایط غرقابی، رشد کافی و کارایی ریشه برای بهره‌وری محصول ضروری هستند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر رژیم‌های متفاوت آبیاری بر توسعه ریشه، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گیاه فلفل سبز (Capsicum annum L.) رقم گرین هاشمی بود. آزمایش مذکور در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانه‌ای در بهار و تابستان سال 1394 در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان، انجام شد. رژیم‌های مختلف آبیاری شامل سه سطح (100، 125 و 150 درصد تبخیر از تشت کلاس A) بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیش‌آبیاری بر حجم، طول، سطح ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه و تعداد میوه برداشت شده در بوته در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار بود، ولی بر بهره‌وری مصرف آب و وزن تر و خشک میوه در سطح پنج درصد معنی‌دار بود. نتایج نشان داد که گیاه فلفل سبز به بیش‌آبیاری حساس است، به‌طوری‌که افزایش میزان آب آبیاری از 100 به 125 درصد تبخیر از تشت، حجم ریشه، طول ریشه، بهره‌وری مصرف آب، تعداد میوه برداشت شده و وزن تر میوه را به‌میزان 20، 8/13، 26، 29 و 4/6 درصد کاهش داد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن است که افزایش آب آبیاری منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار وزن تر میوه شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Yield is a function of root distribution and activity. In flood conditions, root growth and efficiency are essential for crop productivity. The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of different irrigation regimes on the root development, yield and yield components of green pepper (green Hashemi cultivars). This study, which was based on a completely randomized design with three replications under greenhouse conditions, was done at Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources in 2016. Different irrigation regimes consisted of 3 levels (100, 125 and 150 percent of water requirement). The results showed that the effect of different irrigation regimes on root volume, root length, root area and number of fruit was significant at 1 percent level (P<0.01), but water use efficiency, and fresh and dry weight of fruit were significant at 5 percent level (P<0.05). The results also revealed that green pepper plants were sensitive to over irrigation. Increasing irrigation levels from 100 to 125 percent of pan evaporation resulted in the reduction of root volume, root length, water use efficiency, number of fruits, and pepper fresh weight to 20, 13.8, 26, 29and 6.4 percent, respectively.
