fa تحلیل آزمایش‌های گزینش شوری- کم آبیاری برای گندم بهاره در منطقه مشهد عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research هدف از این آزمایش بررسی کاربرد آزمایش گزینش (مرحله صفر روش رویه پاسخ) در تحلیل توأم تنش شوری و کم آبی گندم بهاره در منطقه مشهد و اشتقاق توابع تولید محصول است. آزمایش در سال زراعی 89-1388 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. دو منبع آب با سطوح شوری بدون محدودیت شوری (شوری 5/0 دسی زیمنس بر متر) و با شوری 10 دسی زیمنس بر متر برای آبیاری انتخاب شدند. آزمایشی فاکتوریل با چهار متغیر، میزان آب آبیاری در مراحل مختلف رشد، بدون تکرار و در دو سطح از هر متغیر، 20 و 100 درصد نیاز آبی، انجام پذیرفت. نقاط مرکزی فضای آزمایشی با دو تکرار جهت برآورد انحنا در رویه پاسخ برازش داده شده اضافه شد. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیرگذار‌ترین متغیر در میزان محصول، میزان آب آبیاری در مرحله خوشه‌دهی و گل‌دهی بود. توابع تولید برازش داده شده با ضریب همبستگی 99/0 و 95/0 قادر به تخمین میزان محصول در کرت‌های آبیاری شده با آب شیرین و شور بودند. به طور کلی نتایج به‌دست آمده کارایی آزمایش گزینش را در تعیین اهمیت نسبی متغیرها و حذف متغیرهای کم تأثیر اثبات نمود. The objective of current study was to perform screening experiment, (phase zero of response surface methodology) the analysis of salinity and water tensions for spring wheat in Mashhad region and derive water production functions. The experiment was performed in the Research Field of Agricultural Faculty of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2009-2010. Two water sources were selected: saline water (10 dS/m) and water without salinity limitation (0.5 dS/m). A single replicate factorial experiment with four variables and water requirements in different growth stages, was done with each variable having two levels, 20% and 100% of water requirements. The central points of experiment area with two replications were added for estimating the curvature in the fitted response surface. The results showed the water requirements in heading and flowering were the most important variables. The fitted water production functions estimated the yield of saline and non saline plots with correlation coefficients equalsing 0.95 and 0.99.
