fa بررسی آلودگی فلزات سنگین در کرم خاکی (Eisenia fetida) و خاک اطراف کارخانه سیمان آبیک استان البرز Investigating the Heavy Metal Contamination in Earthworm (Eisenia fetida) and Soil around the Abik Cement Factory, Alborz Province عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">آلودگی خاک به فلزات یکی از مشکلات مهم و اساسی در اکوسیستم های خشکی به خصوص در داخل و نواحی اطراف صنعتی است که به طریق مختلف میتواند سلامت انسان را تهدید کند. بر این اساس در مطالعه حاضر به ‌بررسی تجمع زیستی آلودگی فلزات سنگین در کرم‌خاکیEisenia fetida  در خاکهای اطراف کارخانه سیمان آبیک استان البرز پرداخته شد. به این منظور تعداد 60 نمونه خاک از عمق 20-0 سانتی‌متری در فواصل 500، 1000 و2000 و در جهت‌های شمال، جنوب، شرق و غرب برداشت شد. همچنین نمونه های کرم‌خاکی به‌صورت تصادفی در جهت‌های مختلف از این فواصل برداشت شد. به‌منظور سنجش فلزات سنگین در خاک و کرم‌خاکی روش هضم تر به‌کار گرفته ‌شد و به کمک دستگاه جذب اتمی غلظت فلزات سنگین Zn، Cu، Pb، Cr، Ni سنجش شدند. برای بررسی اثر فاصله و جهت از روشهای آماریOne-way ANOVA  و کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. همچنین برای ارزیابی توانایی کرم‌خاکی به‌عنوان شاخص زیستی از شاخص فاکتور تجمع زیستی (BAF) استفاده شد. بر اساس این پژوهش میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین خاک در اطراف زمین‌های کارخانه سیمان آبیک برای  Zn، Cu، Pb، Cr، Ni به‌ترتیب 22/20، 10/19، 6/34، 7/63 و135/75 (میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) و همچنین میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین کرم‌خاکی در این منطقه برای فلزات Cr, Pb, Cu, Zn و Ni به ترتیب 57/51، 9/66، 5/18، 5/45 و 106/17 (میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) به دست آمد و نتایج نشان داد که اثر فاصله تنها در مورد فلز نیکل معنی‌دار است (0/05(p< و اثر جهت برای همه فلزات سنگین به جز روی (0/05(p> معنی‌دار بود (0/05 (p< . همچنین روند کاهشی غلظت فلزات سنگین Zn، Cu و Pb با افزایش فاصله از کارخانه سیمان دیده شد که نشان‌دهنده‌ تاثیر کارخانه سیمان آبیک بر آلودگی فلزات سنگین در خاک کشاورزی اراضی اطراف آن است. بیشترین میزان شاخص تجمع زیستی (BAF) برای عنصر روی و بیشتر از 1 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده تجمع زیستی روی در کرم‌خاکی است و میتوان نتیجه گرفت که کرم‌خاکی گونه شاخص زیستی مناسبی برای پایش آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین به ویژه روی است. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Soil contamination by metals is a major problem in terrestrial ecosystems, particularly in and around industrial areas, and can pose a threat to human health in various ways. Therefore, in the present study, the bioaccumulation of heavy metals in the earthworm (Eisenia fetida) in soil around the Abik Cement Factory in Alborz Province was evaluated. Sixty soil samples were collected at depths of 0-20 cm at distances of 500, 1000, and 2000, in the directions of north, south, east, and west. Earthworm samples were also randomly collected from these distances and directions. The wet digestion method was employed to determine heavy metal concentrations in soil and earthworms, and Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr, and Ni were measured using an atomic absorption spectrometer. One- way ANOVA and Kruskal- Wallis statistical methods were used to examine the effects of distance and direction. The bioaccumulation factor (BAF) was used to evaluate the ability of earthworms as a biological indicator. According to the results, the average concentrations of heavy metals in the soil around the lands of the Abik Cement Factory for Cr, Pb, Cu, Zn, and Ni were 22. 20, 10. 19, 6. 34, 7. 63, and 135. 75 (mg/kg), respectively. The average concentrations of heavy metals in earthworms in this region for Cr, Pb, Cu, Zn, and Ni were 51.57. 57, 9. 66, 5. 18, 5. 45, and 106. 17 (mg/kg), respectively. The results indicated that the distance effect was significant only for Ni (p< 0. 05), and the direction effect was significant for all heavy metals except Zn (p> 0. 05). A decreasing trend in the concentrations of Cu, Zn, and Pb was observed with increasing distance from the cement factory, indicating the impact of the Abik Cement Factory on heavy metal pollution in the agricultural soil of the surrounding lands. The highest bioaccumulation factor (BAF) was calculated for zinc and was greater than 1, indicating bioaccumulation of Zn in earthworms.
